Well,it's not my first time to do business
and it's not my first time to post something in English...
But it's my officially first time to post something about business in English..
For new graduated,the credit and the trust from business to hired them for work is lower than the experienced one..
By the way, it doesn't mean that the gate of opportunities will closed.
On the new grad opinion,family business is the latest choice for them..
Due to the fact that, you are the boss since you arrived.
How can you manage and made people under your control especially the older and longer work period.
Togather with the conflict between generation such as Gen X and gen Y
It's less than average of the new generation that have no arguement with their parents or their boss.
So.... In many ways,it can be said that new grad or gen X can't aviod those problems in many ways.
I've attended the seminar at AYF about how to be billionaire..
It's surprised me in many ways
since I've found that I've negative opinion about the rich people,
the way of thinking is not I normally do.
For example, The lecturer told us to shout to the person nearby and point the finger said
"You are Billionanire"
Even the speaker and answer are not believe,who can believe?
The speaker told use to ASK yourself first that what did you really want to have.
Then BELIEVE in yourself and Finally happy to RECEIVE...yes receive
It's not the end of the world if you receive from other people...
Because you'll finally give to others as well.
The seminar show the short video about the guy who implement his thought to overcome his body damaged after his crush of aircraft..his lung and the whole body can't move..even breath ,he have to use the machine...Only the eye can wink and his brave heart to believe on himself that he will walk out of the hospital before Christmas....
No one believe and already judge him to be vegetable man that can only breath.
Finally, he made miracle that even the medical research can't explain..he said "it's power of thinking".
The above process is the creative process that will lead to "4 steps of Success"
I'll talk about that topic later....
I've written this topic because in your real life, many thing that you think and dream is easily destroyed by others.The only one who can recall and recover is yourself.....
New comer at work and new business is one of the example of the obstacle and opportunities to do..
But one must note is yourself which can be the best friend and the worst enemy at the same time
